DevTools Pro does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. All inspection and analysis is performed locally in your browser.

Permissions Explained

activeTab: Used to inspect elements on the page you're currently viewing when you activate a tool.
storage: Used to save your preferences (theme, tool settings) and license status locally on your device.
scripting: Used to inject the inspector overlay and info panel when you activate inspection tools.

What the extension does NOT do

Does not collect analytics or usage data
Does not use cookies or tracking pixels
Does not transmit any data to external servers
Does not access your browsing history
Does not modify page content (read-only inspection)

Pro License

If you purchase a Pro license, the transaction is processed by Stripe through ExtensionPay. We do not store your payment information. Your license status is stored locally in your browser.

Data Storage

All data is stored locally on your device using the browser's storage API. No data is stored on external servers.

Changes to This Policy

If this privacy policy changes, the updated policy will be posted here and the "last updated" date will be revised.
