The short version

If you're not happy with your purchase, we'll give you your money back within 30 days. No hoops, no interrogation.

How it works

Timeframe: 30 days from the date of purchase.
Process: Email [email protected] with your email address and which extension you'd like a refund for. That's it.
Speed: We'll process your refund within a few business days. It may take a few more days to show up on your statement depending on your bank.

What happens after a refund

Once your refund is processed, your Pro license will be deactivated. You'll still be able to use the free features of the extension — you just won't have Pro access anymore.

Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions, the same 30-day guarantee applies to each renewal. If you were charged for a renewal you didn't want, email us and we'll refund it.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period — we don't prorate or cut you off early.
